Serafina, located on the first floor, serves Northern Italian cuisine with wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas, and seafood dishes. My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious, bigger than your average NYC hotel for sure, but unfortunately not as clean as I would have liked. They weren't ready by the official check-in time of 3 pm, which was a bit disappointing. Price-wise, it was reasonable considering the great location, but there were some areas that needed improvement for better value for money.
