convenient location good selection long wait time poor quality

the location was convenient for accessing shows. the breakfast options offered a good selection. items i tried were well prepared i thought.

the elevators were shared between guests and staff. this arrangement caused significant wait times. the food quality at the hotel restaurant was lacking i found the steak inedible and my wife's chicken was processed.

I found the showers had wonderful water pressure. My room included two separate sinks, very convenient. The hotel offers a happy hour between 17:00 and 18:00. Guests can enjoy complimentary wine and cheese (a great way to relax before dinner!).

long elevator wait poor food quality

The location was acceptable and near many attractions, though getting around had its challenges.

The elevators were a serious problem. There were only two for all guests and staff across many floors. I waited an unreasonable amount of time each time I needed to go up or down. The restaurant's food quality was also poor. My steak was mostly inedible!
